About Planned Enough

Planned Enough is a resource for ADHD adults who are tired of productivity advice that doesn't work for their brain.

The name comes from a simple idea: you don't need a perfect system. You need one that's good enough to get things done on the hard days, not just the easy ones. Progress, not perfection.

Founder & Writer · Planned Enough

I have ADHD. That's the whole reason this site exists.

I spent years cycling through planners that were built for brains that don't work like mine — systems that assumed I'd remember to open them, that I could feel time passing, that the problem was discipline. Every one of them worked for about nine days.

So I started building my own, and reading the actual research to understand why the standard advice kept failing. Executive function, working memory, time perception, dopamine regulation — once you understand the mechanism, it stops feeling like a personal failing and starts looking like a design problem.

Planned Enough is where I write that up. I design the printable planners in the shop and write every article here. Everything on this site is something I either use myself or wrote to understand better.

Based in Malaysia. You can reach me at the contact page — I read everything.

How these articles are researched

ADHD is a health topic, and it deserves to be treated like one. Every article on this site follows the same process:

Sources we rely on

The research and clinical guidance behind these articles draws primarily on:

What we write about

Every article starts from the neuroscience of ADHD — the executive function differences, the dopamine system, the time blindness — and works toward practical tools that fit how the ADHD brain actually operates.

Topics include daily planning, brain dumps, prioritisation, time blocking, habit tracking, morning routines, task initiation, and procrastination. No 5am wake-ups. No hustle culture. No advice that assumes you just need more discipline.

The printable planners

Planned Enough also makes printable ADHD planners, available on Etsy. They're designed around the same principles as the articles: brain dump space, a hard cap of three daily tasks, time blocks with built-in buffer, and a shame-free evening review. Print as many as you need, forever.

If you suspect you have ADHD, or you're struggling significantly with symptoms, a doctor or therapist who specialises in ADHD is the right next step.
